Pricing shown reflects one time use lists.
Additional fees apply when the same list is used more than once.

  • Prenatal…20¢ per record $100 minimum order
  • Postnatal (0-12 months)…15¢ per record $100 minimum order
  • Families (Children 1-18 years)…8¢ per record $150 minimum order
  • Seniors…7.7¢ per record $150 minimum order
